Latest Technology
Thermal Imaging
My FLIR Cx3 thermal camera picks up heat and moisture behind walls and ceilings without drilling a hole. I bring it out where the property needs it, and the images go in your report.
Moisture Meter
Every inspection gets a moisture meter. It puts a number on moisture in timber, walls and wet areas, so a damp patch is a reading, not a guess. Where it’s needed, I also use Termatrac radar to check for activity behind a wall without touching it.
Electronic Laser Level
My Bosch laser level measures floors and structure properly instead of by eye. A floor can look level and be out by 80mm. Where movement’s a question, this gives you a number, not an opinion.
