A building and pest inspection will protect your investment. It will uncover any structural or pest issues that may cause you costly problems in the future. That’s why it’s vital to choose a fully qualified and trustworthy professional for your property inspection.

A building inspection is comprehensive. It will involve the inspection of the building’s foundations, structure, roofing, walls, floors, electrical and plumbing fixtures and connections. It includes a thorough inspection for timber pest infestation and any damage (or potential damage) from timber pests.

It will provide you with a solid understanding of the condition of the property. Trusted Building Inspections will complete a comprehensive property inspection and provide a detailed report of outlining:

  • Condition of structure and foundations
  • Any areas that need rectification
  • Any underlying issues that may wind up costing you money in the future including photos of defects

A building inspection will generally take a couple of hours but time varies depending on the size and age of the building. Typically, older buildings will take longer to inspect. If any issues arise that require further investigation, the inspection will naturally take longer. Trusted Building Inspections take all the time needed to carry out a comprehensive inspection. There are no short-cuts in our process.

We guarantee to email the report to you within 24 hours of completing the inspection (as long as the inspection fee has been paid). Most reports are emailed by the end of the day.
